On behalf of IHH, we wish to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (a??Bursa Securitiesa??) had, via its letter dated 14 March 2012, approved a lower public shareholding spread of 20% of the total number of shares for which listing is sought as being in compliance with the Bursa Securities' public shareholding spread requirements, whereby IHH shall endeavour to increase the percentage of public shareholding spread to 25%.
