We refer to the announcement dated 4 September 2024 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition (?Announcement?). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the Announcement.
The Board of Directors of IHH is pleased to announce that the Proposed Acquisition was completed on 4 November 2024 following the settlement of the Closing Arrangements between PHSB and CCSB today, which includes the settlement of the payable cash for all IHSB Shares fully funded through external borrowings undertaken by PHSB.
Upon completion of the Proposed Acquisition, IHSB and its subsidiaries, will be consolidated as subsidiaries of IHH.
