We refer to the announcement dated 21 November 2023 in respect of the Liquidation (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, abbreviations used throughout this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of IHH wishes to announce that a final meeting of shareholders of AAHL was held on 10 January 2025 (“Final Meeting”) to conclude the Liquidation. Pursuant to Section 212(b) of Myanmar Insolvency Law 2020, AAHL will be dissolved on expiration of three months after the date of lodgement of the final account and minutes of the Final Meeting to The Directorate of Investment and Company Administration.
